1. Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Templates, Playbooks) Due to the digital nature of our products: All digital product sales are final Once a product is delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of usage, or misunderstanding of product scopePlease review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you experience technical issues accessing your product, contact us and we will assist you promptly.

2. Online Training & Educational Content If access is provided immediately after purchase: Refunds are generally not available. Partial consumption of content does not qualify for a refund. If a specific product includes a refund guarantee, the terms of that offer will apply and override this general clause.

3. Consulting & Marketing Services For strategy calls, consulting sessions, or marketing services: A. Cancellation by Client: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.

 B. Service-Based Projects If you purchase marketing services or consulting packages: Refund eligibility depends on work already completed. Once work has begun, fees paid for completed milestones are nonrefundable. Custom strategy work and research are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Duplicate Payments If you are charged twice accidentally: Notify us within 7 days Verified duplicate payments will be refunded.
